INTERNATIONAL Greige Prints ships internationally. Orders will be sent via DHL. A signature is required on delivery. Please note that orders may be subject to additional taxes upon reaching the destination country and that all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like your order delivered to a location outside of our current shipping regions please contact hello@greigeprints.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
PLACING AN ORDER
When placing your pre-order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once placed. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
In certain circumstances, you may be able to cancel your pre-order. Please contact hello@greigeprints.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will advise if a cancellation is possible.
Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change sizes, edit your billing and shipping details or add additional items to an existing order once your order has been placed.
PRE-ORDER AND DISPATCH
To minimise waste, every GREIGE Prints piece is cut to order in our North London studio. Delivery will be approximately two weeks from the time the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is due to be shipped.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
DELIVERY
For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. Greige Prints will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example: an office address that has been provided for delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase and it becomes a treasured piece in your wardrobe. However if you wish to make a return you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.
Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred, nor do we cover the charge for parcels being sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty. For assistance or to request an exchange please contact hello@greigeprints.com.
MAKING A RETURN
Please return the items within 14 days of receiving them using the original packaging.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for any damage until we receive the items at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be held responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send.

REFUNDS
Once returned items are received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, a refund will be credited via your original method of payment. Original shipping charges and duty charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original purchase price.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as returns are received but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. We estimate that refunds will be made by your card provider in approximately 10-14 days. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When an item deemed faulty cannot be repaired, or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered, including original shipping charges.
